When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email which indicates that we have received your order. On acceptance of your order, we will send a further email which will contain invoice details.

An order can be cancelled or changed up to the time it leaves us.
Deliveries
We deliver to any address in Ireland and UK, subject to minimum delivery charges (See below). We can arrange delivery to European countries/Worldwide by prior arrangement and subject to agreed delivery charges. To discuss such a delivery, please contact us by phone on 086 8096954 or email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For Irish deliveries, allow 7 days for delivery. For UK deliveries, allow 14 days. This will of course be subject to the item(s) being in stock or, on occasion, other circumstances beyond our control. On such occasions, you will be notified of the expected delivery date.

Free Delivery to Cork University Maternity Hospital and the immediate areas of Knockraha, Watergrasshill, Glanmire & Carrigtwohill. These orders should be submitted via email and the amount can be lodged to our account via credit transfer. See our Bank Details above.
(Delivery Price Exceptions : Delivery of Wheely bug, Strolli Rider and Kiddimoto within Ireland is €15 and to the UK is €25.)
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All returned items must be in perfect condition, contain all original labeling and packaging, and be suitable for resale. A full refund will be paid for such items.
